REVIEW: Despite it's age, Unreal Tournament is still one of the most popular multiplayer game out there, and for good reasons too. One of the main reasons is that it only £9.99-peanuts for such a great game. Now before I go any further, I want to say that I think that Unreal Tournament is better Than Quake 3. This is because UT has more game modes (deathmatch/team deathmatch, CTF, domination, last man standing and assault), I think that the more varied types of gameplay make UT a better game. The weapons are also great, very original, I mean a gun that fires green blobs of toxic goo, brilliant.
I'll be the first to admit that UT doesn't have the best graphics-one field where Quake 3 tops it, but that's not where the game excels , it's just so fun to play, especially when you're destroying your friends in deathmatch over a LAN. But even if you can't manage to play it over a LAN or the Internet, the wide choice of game modes and the bots will keep you entertained.
